TriTech Environmental Health and Safety, Inc. was founded and incorporated in 1995. TriTech was formerly known as C&O Technologies, Inc. In March 1999, Mary Joy DelConte acquired the firm, became its President, changed its name and obtained certification from the New York State Economic Development Corporation as a Woman-Owned Business Enterprise in the year 2000.

TriTech possesses significant internal resources available to commercial, industrial and government entities to address most environmental, health and safety compliance matters, with consideration for the perspectives of common stakeholders (eg, legal counsel, banks, brokers, regulatory agencies, public and private business owners). These resources include: qualified and experienced staff; protocols; standard reports; written procedures; assessment tools; and training programs.

Development and maintenance of our resources includes reviews of current regulatory requirements and emerging issues relevant to our client needs. Our work products are commonly reviewed by regulatory agencies when clients are in the midst of enforcement action or during other required agency reviews.

Our resources are meant to assist our clients based upon their need for assistance, achieving self-sufficiency where desired. Many of our clients obtain our standard resources, choosing to make them operation-specific utilizing their internal resources.
